and very fast click on play demo and press esc
now watch the demo,

no worry just wait to finish the demo and write in console

download , extract it and open ,

Now click on File > Open Video File...
Now go on cstrike folder and clik in the demo name when you write in recorder
so name is testdemo
click on testdemo00001 and open it.
Now click on Video > Frame Rate..
and write 30 ,, and click ok
Next Click on File > Save To Avi..
And FinisH.
