Write in console ,

next press ESC fast and click in PAUSE

Now press ` open console and Write

startmovie testdemo 30

("30" is FPS this fps is not fast or slow , is normal.)

so write in console 

startmovie testdemo 30 

and very fast click on play demo and press esc 

now watch the demo, 

you think ``this is with lag :o !``

no worry just wait to finish the demo and write in console

download , extract it and open ,

Now click on File > Open Video File...

Now go on cstrike folder and clik in the demo name when you write in recorder
